I believe in giving both positive and constructive feedback to those we have dealings with. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Low for his service to me to date. He has often gone above and beyond his normal duties to resolve difficult issues related to my accommodation. For example, 1. I was without aircon for 3 months and had to deal with an unresponsive landlord and landlord agent. Throughout this time he did his best to remediate the situation, even buying me a brand new fan which he loaned to me during this period. 2. He is good at reasoning with me and is very knowledgeable about the private rental market. 3. Even though he is now not my official agent, he has taken upon himself to liaise with the landlords’ agent about my renewal. The landlords’ agent for some reason chose not to contact me directly about my renewal, which was disappointing. Terrence made sure I safely renewed my lease in time. Overall I have found Terrence to have a positive client attitude, which is undaunted by difficult situations and sometimes emotional clients such as myself. He is a credit to your organisation and you are lucky to have him in my humble view. This behaviour encouraged me to refer Terrence to a number of my expat friends, one of which benefitted when he found them a new house on the east coast.
